Privacy
Nothing leaves your computer.
The app
Wherava runs on your computer. It reads and indexes only the folders you choose, keeps its index on your own disk, and never uploads your files, their contents or your searches. It needs no account. It never changes your files.
This website's beta sign-up
If you join the beta, we store your email address, the optional answer to “What would you search for first?”, the date and your country (from Cloudflare, which hosts this site). We use them only to contact you about the beta and to decide which files Wherava should handle well first. We don't sell or share them, and we don't send newsletters. To be removed, write to hello@wherava.com and we'll delete your details.
This site sets no tracking cookies. The sign-up form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to keep bots out.
